Ann Tucker, CEO

In 2012, Ann joined Greater Portland Health as Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, she was named CEO. She has more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in drug retail, insurance and transit, with more than 13 years in the health care industry. She is honored to be part of a team that has expanded access and services to the greater Portland community as the health center continues to expand and thrive. Ann received her undergraduate degrees at the University of Southern Maine. She has an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Communication. Ann went to Saint Michael’s College to receive her Masters of Science in Administration. She believes in the mission and is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience and positive work culture for the team.

Renee Fay-LeBlanc, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Renee has served as Chief Medical Officer at Greater Portland Health since June 2014. Dr. Renee graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2003 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York University in 2006. Prior to joining Greater Portland Health, she worked at Maine Medical Partners Cape Elizabeth Internal Medicine for 8 years.  Dr. Renee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, and a McAfee Fellow through the Hanley Center for Health Leadership. Born and raised in Portland, Dr. Renee is honored to provide excellent health care to those most in need.

Elizabeth Jackson, Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth joined Greater Portland Health in February 2016. Elizabeth is an experienced public health professional with global and domestic health experience.  Her work spans from leading clinical and operational quality improvement initiatives with community health centers in the U.S. to population health and health system strengthening efforts with partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Elizabeth received her Masters in Public Health from Yale University and her Bachelors from Bates College. She feels fortunate to be part of the team working to provide health services to the greater Portland community and is deeply committed to the mission and staff who make it possible.
