Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM), an Accountable Care Organization comprised of 15 health care organizations including Greater Portland Health, recently announced the achievement of shared savings for performance year 2018 under the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). This is CCPM’s third consecutive year of success in achieving shared savings in the program. Greater Portland Health celebrated the annual National Health Center Week, August 4th - August 10th, with events throughout the week!

Greater Portland Health was awarded $100,000 from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to support updates to our School-Based Health Centers at Portland High School, Deering High School, Casco Bay High School, and King Middle School. Plans for updates aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services offered to students and create a more teen-friendly space at the health centers.
