Renee Fay-Leblanc, MD, Chief Medical Officer

A board-certified physician, Renee attended medical school at the University of Vermont and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York University. She is excited to provide vital services to the community in Portland, where she was born and raised.

Elizabeth Frutiger, MD

A board-certified family physician, Elizabeth received her MD from the University of Massachusetts and completed training at Boston University Medical Center. She feels privileged to share in her patients’ efforts to live well, from birth to end-of-life.

Alison Gorman, MD

A board-certified family physician, Alison earned her MD at Albany (NY) Medical College and completed her training in Los Angeles. She cares for patients from birth to end-of-life, and provides chronic disease management and adolescent health.

Seth Miller, MD

Seth moved to Portland from Sioux Falls, SD, where he completed his residency in family medicine. He earned his medical degree at University of Queensland School of Medicine in Brisbane, Australia, and has been a medical volunteer in Nepal and in east Africa.

Gita Rao, MD

Our lead pediatrician, Gita earned her MD at Boston University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric training at Boston Children’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals. In addition to her medical experience, she organizes broader family wellness programs.

Magili Quinn, DO

A board-certified family physician, Magili earned her DO from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and completed her residency at Central Maine Medical Center. She is honored to help people obtain relief from pain with Osteopathic Manual Medicine.

Gretchen Speed, Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner

Gretchen received her master’s in nursing from Northeastern University in Boston. She enjoys her work optimizing health and wellness for a diverse population.

Jean Bugbee, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

A board-certified PNP, Jean earned her nursing degree from the University of Vermont and her master’s degree in Pediatric Primary Care Nursing from Boston University. She has experience at practices here and in New Hampshire, as well as volunteering in Honduras and Haiti.

Ryan Trosper, PA

A board-certified physician assistant, Ryan was born in Limestone,graduated from the University of New England, and earned his master’s in science from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He has practiced in primary care, emergency medicine, and urgent care, and is excited to be back in his home state.

Caidra Harriss, Dental Hygienist, IPDH

A board-certified Dental Hygienist, Caidra earned her BA from the University of New England (UNE). Her mobile dental hygiene company, “Healthy Maine Smiles,” provides community access to oral care. She also instructs at UNE and involves her students in Greater Portland Health’s Outreach Program, which provides dental cleanings for children.

Kira Sawyer, LMSW—Clinical Conditional

Kira earned her master’s in social work from the University of Texas at Austin. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness, she helps people from diverse backgrounds draw on their strengths and values to learn practical skills, make lasting changes, and lead fulfilling lives.

Muse Ali, LMSW—Clinical Conditional

Muse earned his master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern Maine. Originally from Somalia, he has a special interest in the delivery of culturally sensitive care, and provides medical interpreting assistance to adult patients in English, Somali, Arabic and Urdu. He uses EMDR therapy to reduce the effects of trauma.

Olga Alicea, LCSW, LADC

Olga earned her degree in social work from Boston College. She has worked with people from all walks of life, from a variety of cultural backgrounds, celebrating what makes us unique, yet connected.

Marianne Donahue, LCSW

Marianne earned her degree in social work from Boston University, and has over 25 years of experience helping individuals gain insight and learn skills to improve their emotional well being. She has a special interest and training in trauma, grief, mental health, and substance abuse.

Molly McMahon, LCSW

Molly earned her degree in social work from the University of Southern Maine. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Molly has worked with children, adults and families throughout her career, focusing on how best to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services.

Lori Nicholas, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Lori worked with the homeless for many years before graduating from the University of Southern Maine. She offers psychiatric specialty care for children and adults.
