Greater Portland Health provides on-site healthcare services at the City of Portland’s Homeless Services Center at 654 Riverside Street, a 24/7 emergency shelter for adults. Our team offers primary care, behavioral health services, and support connecting individuals to additional medical and community resources. Working alongside local partners, we help ensure people staying at the shelter have access to comprehensive care, while the center also provides meals, case management, and housing navigation support.

Mobile Medical Van
Greater Portland Health’s mobile medical van delivers essential healthcare services directly to people in the community who may have difficulty accessing traditional care. Since launching in 2024, the van has provided medical care, and outreach support at locations such as community sites and partner organizations. By bringing care directly to patients, the mobile unit improves access, strengthens connections, and helps individuals stay engaged with their healthcare.

Greater Portland Health offers School-Based Health Centers at many Greater Portland area public schools.
