Renee Fay-LeBlanc, MD, FACP
Dr. Renee Fay-LeBlanc has served as Chief Medical Officer at Greater Portland Health since June 2014. Dr. Renee graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2003 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York University in 2006. Prior to joining Greater Portland Health, she worked at Maine Medical Partners Cape Elizabeth Internal Medicine for 8 years. Dr. Renee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, and a McAfee Fellow through the Hanley Center for Health Leadership. Born and raised in Portland, Dr. Renee is honored to provide excellent healthcare to those most in need.
Gladys Estrada, MD
Dr. Gladys Estrada provides the clinical leadership and oversight at our South Portland primary care practice. She moved to Maine from Chicago, where she completed her residency and fellowship after earning her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard and Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown Medical School. Dr. Gladys speaks fluent Spanish and has a passion for family medicine, with a particular interest in women's health.
Rob Fulton, MD
Dr. Rob Fulton provides leadership at our recuperative care site, which helps people experiencing homelessness recover from acute medical issues that require hospitalization. He went to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Rob has been practicing Internal Medicine in the Greater Portland area since 2015 and enjoys the Maine outdoors with his family when not working.
Diana Lapp, MD
A board-certified family physician, Dr. Diana Lapp attended medical school at Howard University and completed her residency training in Oak Park, Illinois. She provides clinical leadership at the 180 Park Avenue health center. Dr. Lapp enjoys providing care from birth to end-of-life.
Anthony Martin, PA-C
Anthony completed his Master of Science as a Physician Assistant at the University of New England. He is full spectrum Primary Care provider. He is National Health Service Corp Scholar and spent his early career practicing rural Family Medicine on the Hopi Reservation in Northeastern Arizona. Anthony developed a specialty treating substance use disorder treatment while working at a Maine based federally-qualified health center in the Lewiston/Auburn/Augusta area. He sees patients of all ages and has a focus on providing thorough, comprehensive care in an environment where all patients will feel heard and valued.
Gita Rao, MD
Dr. Gita Rao earned her Doctor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition to her medical experience, she organizes broader family wellness programs.
Kevin Sullivan, MD
Dr. Kevin Sullivan earned his Doctor of Medicine from Emory University in Atlanta, completed his Internal Medicine training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He has a passion for bringing clinical care to those who most often fall through the cracks, and meeting patients wherever they are physically, emotionally, or situationally. When confined to four walls, Dr. Kevin sees patients at Bayside and 654 Riverside Street — our Health Care for the Homeless health centers.
Cate Gaynor, FNP-C
Cate Gaynor received her Master’s Degree in nursing from the University of Southern Maine, and has worked in primary care and women’s healthcare since 2006. She integrates a holistic approach into primary care for patients of all ages, with a focus on women’s health. Cate enjoys working with entire families, and values the connections that are made by providing primary care with a multigenerational approach. She feels privileged to be a part of each patient’s journey toward a balanced, healthy life.
Jennifer Daigle, APRN-CNP
Jen Daigle is the Clinical Program Coordinator of our Gender-Affirming Services program. She received her undergraduate education at Springfield College in Massachusetts and her graduate education at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Jen has been providing gender-affirming healthcare for over a decade and is a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. Prior to joining the Greater Portland Health team, she was a provider at Martin’s Point Healthcare.
Ariel Zodhiates, MD
Dr. Ariel Zodhiates received her Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, and completed her residency in Family and Community Medicine at University of California San Francisco/San Francisco General Hospital in 2014. She practices full spectrum family medicine, including perinatal care, is American Board of Family Practice certified, and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Ariel has clinical experience working with multi-cultural and new immigrant communities in California and is excited to work with newly arrived families here in Maine. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.
Jeff Benson, MD, MPH
Dr. Jeff Benson graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School and received his Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. He completed the Residency Program in Social Medicine at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Additionally, Dr. Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Chinese History from the University of California, Berkeley. He brings healthcare experience from working in various states and countries to Greater Portland Health, including experience from here in the Greater Portland area. Outside of work, Dr. Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and doing woodworking.
Shuli Bonham, MD
Dr. Shuli Bonham earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota Medical School, and received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Biology from Oberlin College in Ohio. She is a member of the Physicians for Human Rights – Asylum Support Network. Dr. Shuli was also recognized by the CDC and the New England Tuberculosis Consortium with their TB Hero Award.
LaShawna Fitts, FNP
LaShawna Fitts received her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine. She brings previous primary care and dental care experience to her role at Greater Portland Health. One of LaShawna's favorite things about working with people is the challenge of helping to ease the anxiety many patients bring to the healthcare setting. She is passionate about working with a diverse patient population with a spectrum of concerns. Outside of work, LaShawna enjoys spending time camping, hiking, and going on new adventures with her husband, son, and dog Duke.
Chris Gage, FNP
Chris Gage received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been a family nurse practitioner for over 30 years. He has worked in medical settings throughout the United States and abroad. He is dedicated to sustained patient empowerment and advocacy and is conversational in Spanish and Thai. Outside of work, Chris enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.
Cameron Goller, FNP-C
Cameron Goller received his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Emory University. They have over three years of experience as a family nurse practitioner in Maine. Cameron is passionate about health justice and providing high quality care to the most marginalized individuals in our community. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their dog, Otter, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
Alison Gorman, MD
Dr. Alison Gorman, a Baltimore native, is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University, her Doctor of Medicine at Albany Medical College, and her residency in family medicine at Harbor-UCLA in Los Angeles, California. A former National Health Service Corps scholar, she has dedicated her career to working with vulnerable populations. She has worked in numerous federally qualified health centers, and has been at Greater Portland Health since 2012. Dr. Gorman feels privileged to work with patients from birth to end of life, supporting them in preventive care as well as chronic disease management. At Greater Portland Health, she is also the electronic health record lead physician trainer. Outside of work, Dr. Gorman spends time with her four children, husband, and dog, and enjoys staying active, reading, sewing, painting, and most anything creative.
Emily Hickey, FNP
Emily Hickey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine and Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. She is a pediatric nurse practitioner and has been working in pediatrics in Maine since 2006. She considers every child and adolescent unique, creative, and worth time and attention. Emily’s passion is to work alongside kids and teens and their families to promote optimal growth and holistic wellness.
Gretchen Pianka, MD, MPH, FAAP
Gretchen Pianka is a pediatrician who received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Vermont and her Master of Public Health from the University of New England. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Virginia and has worked in pediatrics for over 20 years. Dr. Gretchen developed Resilience University to foster resilience in primary care using evidence-based strategies to support positive childhood experiences. She is passionate about equitable access to proven protective factors that support child and family health.
Courtney Pladsen, FNP
Courtney Pladsen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College and worked as an Emergency Room Nurse for five years before going on to receive her graduate degree from Georgetown University and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. In 2018, she was awarded the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Health Leaders Fellowship to develop programs that promote health equity, specifically for people experiencing homelessness. Courtney provides medical, mental health, and substance use to people who are experiencing homelessness, as well as medical outreach to people who were formerly homeless.
Maggie Ray, FNP
Maggie Ray earned her Master’s Degree in nursing at the University of Southern Maine and her Master’s Degree in international affairs from New School University in New York. She is a family nurse practitioner with a background in critical care nursing and international development. A Florida native, Maggie has a passion for working with people from all over the world and feels privileged to be able to provide care for families in Greater Portland.
Lea Ratliff, MA, MD
Dr. Lea Ratliff earned her Doctor of Medicine at the George Washington School of Medicine and completed her family medicine rural track residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. She received her Master's Degree in Bioethics from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Lea brings experience as a family medicine physician, palliative care physician, and medical director to her role at Greater Portland Health. She has worked in the Indian Health Service and in underserved clinics in Colorado and has a great appreciation for people who work with marginalized populations. Outside of work, Lea enjoys any exercise in the outdoors with her partner and three dogs.
Jennifer Rogers, NP-C, AAHIVS
Jen Rogers is a Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program nurse practitioner who has been caring for people living with HIV and viral hepatitis since 2005. A former member of the Maine HIV Advisory Council and the New England Division of the American Liver Foundation’s Medical Advisory Committee, she holds an HIV Specialist certification with the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Jen is honored to work with her patients at Greater Portland Health.
Jessie Schaumburg, DO
Dr. Jessie Schaumburg received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine and Pediatrics combined residency at Maine Medical Center. She is passionate about immigrant health, preventative medicine, infectious disease care, and adolescent medicine. Dr. Jessie is fluent in Spanish, and outside of work, enjoys surfing and hiking with her family.
Allison Seitz, AGPCNP-BC, WHNP-BC
Allison Seitz received her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions after earning her undergraduate degree from Simmons University. She is an adult primary care and women’s health nurse practitioner with a focus on providing culturally-affirming and trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing homelessness. Allison also has clinical experience in gender-affirming and reproductive health services.
Bradley Smith, PA
Bradley Smith earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England and Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. He has 15 years of experience working with patients of all ages in the Greater Portland area. Bradley looks forward to serving the Riverton and Sagamore communities and providing excellent, timely care. In his free time, he enjoys reading, triathlons, and exploring new places with his wife and family.
Gretchen Speed, Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner
Gretchen Speed received her Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Gretchen enjoys her work optimizing health and wellness for a diverse population.
Lindsay Tremblay, MS, FNP
Lindsay Tremblay received her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Georgetown University. She has experience working in both primary care and urgent care settings, including as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Sacopee Valley Health Center. Lindsay feels privileged to be working at Greater Portland Health in primary care for patients from birth to end-of-life.
Andrea Truncali, MD, MPH
Dr. Andrea Truncali is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She completed medical school and residency at New York University before receiving further training in preventative medicine and public health at Columbia University-Mailman School of Public Health and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In pursuit of improving health and well-being for underserved populations, she works both in specialty substance use and primary care settings, teaching and delivering care. In her role at Greater Portland Health, Dr. Truncali enjoys providing care to all adult patients.
Megan Waterman, MD, MPH
Dr. Megan Waterman is a board-certified family physician. She received her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health from Boston University, and completed her residency and academic fellowship training at the University of Illinois Chicago. Dr. Megan cares for patients of all ages, and is particularly passionate about substance use disorder treatment (including medication-assisted treatment), chronic disease management, and women’s reproductive health (including contraceptive device placement and colposcopy procedures).
Amy Wilson, FNP
Amy Wilson earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. Amy brings experience working in addiction medicine, geriatrics, and intensive care to her role at Greater Portland Health. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, backpacking and paddle boarding with her partner and dog, Tuukka.
