Sagamore Village Health Center is Relocating!
Our Sagamore Village Health Center will begin seeing patients at its new location on Monday, May 11. The clinic is moving from 85 Taft Avenue to 21 Popham Street. Our last day seeing patients at out 85 Taft Avenue location is Friday May 8th. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space!
The new site is in coordination with the Portland Housing Authority's renovation project, a phased, two‑year initiative to renovate both residential buildings and the community center within Sagamore Village. The health center is an improved, purpose-built clinical environment that will allow us to support long-term service delivery for the Sagamore Village community. With support through grant funding from the Davis Family Foundation, this move will also include new and updated equipment and supplies.

REFRAME X GPH: COMMUNITY PILATES CLASS
Join us at Reframe Fitness Studio in Falmouth on Friday, May 29th at 5:15 PM or 6:15 PM for their Community Pilates Class. The classes require pre-registration, which open on May 21st at 8 PM. Registration is donation-based; Reframe will match your donation and the proceeds will directly support Greater Portland Health’s mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare that is accessible, affordable, and contributes to a healthier community!

Due to rising healthcare costs, reductions in Medicaid coverage, and expiration of Affordable Care Act subsidies, thousands of our community members will soon lose their insurance coverage.
